Some of the projects we’ve worked on are:

  • Mechanical, Electrical, Fire and Hydraulics Services engineers for the Amenities upgrade at Valley Plaza Shopping Centre (recent commission). Non-mechanical services are sub-consulted.
  • 3 Spring St, Sydney. Existing 16 storey commercial office tower. Carried out full Due Diligence report and Life-Cycle costing for the mechanical services.
    Pace Consulting Engineering then carried out the design, documentation and construction phase supervision of the upgrade of the mechanical services for 3 Spring St – based on our recommendations from the former Due Diligence Report, Sydney. Contract value aprox. $750,000.
  • Design, documentation and construction phase supervision of the mechanical, electrical and fire services for the Wheeler Grenfell fitout at L9, 15 Blue St, North Sydney. Non-mechanical services were sub-consulted.
  • Mechanical Engineer responsible for the design, documentation and contract administration of the mechanical services for a new 8 storey residential building located at 15-21 Mindarie St, Lane Cove. The apartments are air-conditioned apartments. There are 3 levels of carpark with mechanical supply and exhaust ventilation.
  • Design, documentation and construction administration of the mechanical services for the upgrade to Block S at DEXUS property, Regent Park Estate.
  • 12 – 16 Berry St, North Sydney. New 9-storey residential apartment block. Design, documentation and contract administration of the mechanical services.
  • 5 Figtree Drive, Homebush Bay. An industrial office/warehouse. Carried out full Due Diligence report and Life-Cycle costing for the mechanical services.
  • Our Lady of the Angels, Rouse Hill: new parish church. Carrying out the design, documentation and contract administration of the mechanical services.
  • S.P.A 237 Wharf Rd, Newcastle: Carry out site investigation and prepare Due Diligence report on age, condition, and life expectancy of the existing mechanical services. Provide options on A/C upgrade. Design, documentation and contract administration of chosen upgrade option.
  • ’88 Kensington’: The building is a mixed-use, prestigious, 7 storey building development located at 84-108 Anzac Pde, Kensington. The building comprises 3 levels of carpark, a gym, 4 large retail spaces and over 100 apartments. Pace Consulting Engineering carried out the design and documentation of the mechanical services – which include carpark supply and exhaust, stair pressurisation systems, and air conditioning to all apartments and retail spaces and the gym.
  • CCL Labels 415 West Botany St, Rockdale: Industrial Office/warehouse. Design, documentation and construction administration of the mechanical services.
  • Fernwood Gym, 84 Belmore St, Ryde: Design, documentation and construction administration of the mechanical services.
