’88 Kensington’: The building is a mixed-use, prestigious, 7 storey building development located at 84-108 Anzac Pde, Kensington. The building comprises 3 levels of carpark, a gym, 4 large retail spaces and over 100 apartments. Pace Consulting Engineering carried out the design and documentation of the mechanical services – which include carpark supply and exhaust, stair pressurisation systems, and air conditioning to all apartments and retail spaces and the gym.
