The apartments are air-conditioned apartments. There are 3 levels of carpark with mechanical supply and exhaust ventilation.

- Our Lady of the Angels, Rouse Hill: new parish church. Carrying out the design, documentation and contract administration of the mechanical services.
- S.P.A 237 Wharf Rd, Newcastle: Carry out site investigation and prepare Due Diligence report on age, condition, and life expectancy of the existing mechanical services. Provide options on A/C upgrade. Design, documentation and contract administration of chosen upgrade option.
- ’88 Kensington’: The building is a mixed-use, prestigious, 7 storey building development located at 84-108 Anzac Pde, Kensington. The building comprises 3 levels of carpark, a gym, 4 large retail spaces and over 100 apartments. Pace Consulting Engineering carried out the design and documentation of the mechanical services – which include carpark supply and exhaust, stair pressurisation systems, and air conditioning to all apartments and retail spaces and the gym.
